I have a vast expertise of Management System development, compliance and audits of renowned companies where I have been developed various procedures,policies, guidelines and SOPs in order to fulfill the compliance of standards in one of the leading multinational organization, as far as concern about my present scope so currently I am working in ALKA Chemi****nufacturing of textile chemicals auxiliaries and plastic packaging where I am responsible to handle the core process of Human Resource and involved in selection process, interviews, orientation training, performance appraisals, procedural training, handling of employee's grievances, etc, also looking after all the Quality Management System & HSE Management System.
