Thoughts on GreySilver hair on men?

Hi all. I just wondered what people's opinions are on men in their 40's wit grey/silver hair overtaking natural colour? I don't really mind it myself but some people go on about dyeing my hair etc. So I'd like some opinions on this please, it would be interesting to know. Thanks...
