I'm certainly not comfortable trying to sell myself to you in a profile, I'd much rather talk over a coffee and let you make your own mind up but I suppose it's only fair to give you some idea about who or what I'm all about.
I'm reserved, sincere, a good listener and loyal. I enjoy fun, travel and good food. I'm a non smoker, consider myself to be reasonably bright having worked as a professional engineer but I'm not an academic type. I have two grownup children, each living a couple of hours away and two wonderful granddaughters.
I'm also a frustrated traveller as my ex hated flying so I'd love to meet someone interested in visiting other countries and experiencing other cultures. I'm planning to visit New Zealand in the new year and am currently looking at pulling in other places enroute such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia etc. For more local travelling I have a large American motorhome but it's not much fun using it as a single person.
I've got two left feet when it comes to dancing but that could be a challenge for the right lady as I would like to learn, jive has always looked fun.
I'd like to meet a non smoking lady who is loyal and sincere and would also enjoy sharing the good things in life such as travel, a pleasant meal, days out and the lighter moments. It is important that she has a really pleasant personality, is able to listen from time to time as well as talk, and will probably have worked in a professional role.
