I'm not actually east indian, or a Hindu. I just identify very strongly with Apu from the Simpsons, for some reason - I can't quite explain it, nor do I feel like I should have to. I like long walks on the beach, but I tend to fly into an uncontrollable rage when I see either sand or pebbles.
