I'm an early bird girl who is active all day , if I'm not at my local crossfit I'm out with my local running club . Fitting my volunteering roles in between caring for mam and making it work I make sure our Keep Washington Tidy group is running to its highest potential where I pass my positive goals of being kind to our next generation. Another great thing I love doing is volunteering at parkrun being myself dressing up and dancing for the runners bringing a smile to their faces
