Hello, I'm Dave a retired software developer and widower.
I’m easy going, have a good sense of humour and I'm always up for a laugh. I enjoy Indian and Chinese food and jelly babies. My musical tastes range from jazz to rock, from folk to soul and I played lead guitar in semi-pro groups (none famous) for nearly forty years.
I'm fairly laid-back and a casual dresser, happier in jeans and tee-shirt rather than suit and tie, but I can look smart when required.
I’m not the sporty type, though I have tried some, but I do like to watch cricket and motor sport on TV. I also enjoy model making, certain arts and crafts and a social pint in the pub, but I'm not into walking, rambling etc.. I like TV programs such as QI, Mock the Week and Eggheads; but I don’t hog the remote control.
My family and friends would probably describe me as loving, caring and reliable.
What am I looking for? A lady with a sense of humour, a best friend, a soulmate.
