I spend most of my time at my allotment, it's hard to describe the tranquility up there. I have two dogs and they obviously love going for walks in the woods etc. It's a thing that sometimes forces you out but your glad for it. And I play guitar. I have issues with my back. I walk using a crutch and a bit slower sometimes but other than that you wouldn't notice.
