Love my children and spending time with them. Was married for over 20 years so haven't dated for a long time so new to me at my age.
I am a family man and my children are my first priority - two are over 18 with my third almost a teenager.
At my age you tend to become a little rounder in the abs area and I am trying to tone these at the gym at the moment with my son's assitance - a bit harder to do when you are 45.
