I my self am bi polar and suffer from depression and PTSD, I work as a counselor at a local center for those with mental health challenges as well I sat on my counties mental health board for a year and a half ... I do not permit my mental health to define me .. It is part of me not all of me .. I as well have epilepsy from blunt head trauma again it does not define me ..
