I retired last year in May 2014 after working for 24 years as PASecretary to a Regional GM in FMCG industry. I'm still trying to acclimatise to living a life of leisure because it's a completely different world to that of working daily and earning a salary. I'm keeping myself occupied with arts and crafts i.e. making cards, calendars, bookmarks, etc and I'm also a member of Virgin Active and swim every 2nd day winter and summer.
I was married for 35 years and my late husband became my best friend. We had a strong and passionate marriage and travelled a lot through Europe and Middle East so it was a great learning curve for me all round. I've been widowed for 8 years and feel it's time I started meeting others.
