This is something you people may or may not know ( I'm sure some of you know this ) but if you see "In the region of" on a profile they are probably not American or are from another country. Don't get me wrong I like foreign women but if you say you live in the Dallas region then I know you most likely are NOT from Dallas. Americans do not say these kind of things. It isn't our dialect. |

Americans do not say we live in the "region of", we say we are from a state or from a city and it is not in our dialect to say "in the region of" however you do hear this from people from other countries.
