What gets me excited is being able to connect with fellow gamers and the potential to forge bonds with new people who share the same interests that I do. For someone like me who already is socially awkward due to also being autistic, video games are the main method of communication and interaction that I have with other people.
Nothing makes me happier than knowing I have a group of people who accept me for who I am as a person and they don't just see me as a pretty face in the crowd.
