I feel really happy when I have done or made something that makes someone else happy. If I can run fast, I'm happy. If I take a photo and paint a picture, it's awesome if I can show that to someone and they like it. They're happy, and I'm happy. I love seeing the natural world. I enjoy English and Japanese movies, and English and Japanese books that are not boring. I have played guitar on stage and on the better nights everyone has enjoyed it, although I am heightened and appear a bit manic for a while afterwards. I might sound a bit in my own head but I also enjoy helping others. By that I mean I like to think I'm contributing or making a difference. They feel helped and I feel valued. It's win-win.
