I like to be outside, pretty much regardless of the weather. Usually walk each day. Like to travel, last big trip was to the West Indies. Have been to all the state, provinces, territories, in North America (Mexican border to the Artic Circle) with the exception of PEI, Labrador and Newfound Land. Looking forward to making that trip happen. Like to cook, have catered a wedding with Mexican food, a restaurant appreciation dinner, where the staff got the day off and I cooked for them, that was Cajun chili and Moroccan food. I also cooked in a soup kitchen, feeding 400 plus people 5 days a week.
