I'm a pretty, goofy, laid back girl. Laughter is definitely the world's best medicine (along with a glass of wine and a cupcake) and I do it as much as possible -- especially with my daughter. I'm most comfortable in a pair of flip flops on the beach, and I love being outside. Yoga is my daily outlet and keeps me centered both physically and mentally. I keep things simple and am always down to see what's coming up next!
I'm a big music fan. Old hip hop and reggae are my favorite types of music -- there's just something about the beat of both of them that I can't resist. Other favorites are Sublime, Otis Redding, Thievery Corporation, Nirvana, Led Zepplin, The Parlor Mob, The XX, Nicole Atkins...and Taylor Swift but strictly by force (blame it on my daughter!)
