It surprises me that I'm 52. I don't feel it and I think I don't look it. I keep active and enjoy my life, whether it's riding my horse or watching my rugby team or reading a good book, and I believe that keeps me mentally and physically young. I'm sensible in my habits but not draconian so an evening at the local is a good possibility.
