The things that make me happy can vary from the simple things like going for a walk, run or swim or reading books (especially mental health & autismneurodiversit y related) to the exhilarating like trying out different water activities both in UK and abroad. I also have a passion for advocating for the rights of those who are autistic or have a neurodiverse condition.
The things that make me happy are rewatching tv showsmovies I used to watch and quoting phrases from there and speaking to friends (mainly virtual) who I have common interests with especially those who are neurodiverse.
