I'm a retired nurse since 2016. Started Ketogenic diet about 18 months ago. I have been trying to heal an inguinal hernia without surgery since just before starting my diet. I am now attempting to settle down, but I still get restless on sunny days. I have a senior parking pass for CA state beaches and parks. I spend several days a week at the beach riding my bicycle and people watching.
