A day without too much pain makes me happy but other things of course make me happy and excited like a nice meal out or a day or part day out would make me happy . Visiting new places is fun of course. A visit to the local park is enjoyable watching the antics of the birds on the water. When flowers come open in my garden on plants I have grown is a happy feeling . The simple pleasures in life are often just as good as ianything but I do enjoy buying new clothes. A good book makes me happy.i have read it.
