My 40 year career as a mining engineer in the Resources Industry has centered on identifying and developing improvement opportunities and through that I have worked with some very talented people to create real benefits for the various stakeholders that I have been responsible to, including capital growth for shareholders, productivity improvements, cost reductions and personnel development. I have been fortunate to have worked in several overseas positions and at some of the world's largest mines which has provided me with a wealth of cultural, corporate and technical experiences. I have worked in both underground and open pit operations in the nickel, gold, copper, uranium and iron ore sectors.
