Joy for me includes enjoying the outdoors, often with my dog along. A spectrum of live music performances, some theatre and film, exploration of interesting locations locally, regionally, and elsewhere in the world, holding hands with someone special perhaps, appeals. I am outgoing. I have no trouble smiling and issuing greetings when crossing paths or in a queue or lift with strangers. I am compassionate and generous, but I catch on if my generosity is always one way, anymore. I lean to the left politically. I am displeased with the direction our world is headed. Sad to see many hard-won victories being squashed by dark forces brought to power. I seek sunshine in all of this. I think it's down to small acts of kindness. That's my aim for now.
