Walking, rambling & wandering. I used to live in the countryside for 23 yrs from my birth in April 1962 -1985, before moving to live in the City Centre of Salisbury, Wiltshire. I do not drive a car. I get about upon a mobility scooter as I've bad feet & eyes from diabetes type 1. I have a free bus pass, but the scooter is too big to fit on a bus or a train.

My dad died 4th Feb 1982 @ the age of 41 yrs old of a brain tumorstroke (Cancer) @ the old Farley ward @ Salisbury district hospital.
My mother died @ the age of 74 yrs old died on Fri 20 May 2011 @ about 14:20 pm @ the Winterslow Suite @ Salisbury district hospital, of heart & kidney failure.
I live on the southern side of the City of SALISBURY, Wiltshire, England, UK.
It's only 10 mins walk from my flat to SALISBURY CATHEDRAL & STONEHENGE is only 10 miles north of me, by tour bus only.
