I have been a widow for 7 years, with no family of my own, but a large extended family who keep me young!
I have always enjoyed travel, and since retirement (at 60!) have been fortunate enough to work for a charity in Thailand, Cambodia, Phuket and Bali - which wasis amazing. I am equally happy travelling in this country, with The Lakes and Northumberland top of my list.
I’m trying to keep my fitness at a good level with Zumba and swimming being my favourites, but trying to become a runner.
I am lucky enough to live in an area with great restaurants, pubs and theatres and much prefer eating out to cooking (sorry!).
