I'm 66, almost retired and just working at weekends. I've a slight disability after smashing my right ankle in 2012, now using a walking stick. That never stopped me working, as up to March this year I'd been working for 7 days a week in part-time jobs. for over 3 years. A disability will not define either who I am, or what I can do. Into home keep fit to help strengthen myself, and stay active.
