I spend my leisure time attending U3A lectures in Philosophy, Australian History, CalligraphyItalics, Art, Design & Culture, Photography and Physics. I enjoy the lectures but I enjoy the talk at morning tea just as much. I look after my health and regularly attend on my physio and occupational therapist, podiatrist, dietitian and chiropractor!!! I have an ebike and like to walk as much as I can. I enjoy cooking. In recent times I have made Kombacha and bone broth. My air fryer and my oven have frequent use. I went to Eden Health Retreat recently and had a marvelous time. In the last 12 months I have travelled to the US and NZ. I am very grateful for the travel I have done in my life. I am a happy soul and those that know me say I have a good sense of humour and that I can hold up my side of a conversation. I wish I was taller but I am happy with how my clothes fit and like to co-ordinate my outfits. I am currently mesmerised by US politics.
