I'm an engineer who still works remotely. I enjoy going to see tribute bands at theatres and pubs, theatre shows, old pubs, dining out and karaoke singing (won some competitions). Into all music except rap, hiphop and similar genres. For information my favourite moviesTV are the first Star Wars, The Quiet Man, The Student Prince, Leap Year, Titanic, Gladiator, Pride and Prejudice (BBC), Star Trek The Original Series (NBC). Favourite authors are Jane Austen, H G Wells, Jules Verne and H Rider Haggard. Favourite bands: Beatles, Queen, Stones. Favourite pieces: J S Bach Toccata and Fugue in D minor and Rodrigo Concierto de Aranjuez. I have a few words in French, Spanish and Italian for holidays. Ideally looking for someone nearer me in Clevedon, North Somerset who drives. An ideal first date would be a lunch in a restaurant or nice pub to see if suited, but if not just having a nice meal.
