I will travel anywhere, and I so love to meet people from different areas of the world to learn about their culture and their lives. Wherever I go, I take a yoga class! I am currently enrolled in 200-hour yoga teacher training. What appeals to me is the mindfulness and acceptance that is inherent in the practice of yoga. As part of the training, I have once again taken up meditation (although I admit that I find it difficult to settle my mind)
