I am 48 Year old warehouse worker living in Haringey I have been diagnosed with ADHD for about 2 years nowI an spacey I suspect I am SCT sluggish cognitive tempo.I attend a support group in central london and consider myself very much apart of the ADHD community tryingbtp support my fellow ADHD peopkw . I 5ft11 not bad looking but quite spacey looking too I like reading but I take a long time to read a book . I also love science fiction and fantasy like to meet other ADHD pwople . I also believe in ADHD rights and more support in society .
