Many years ago when I was a spring chicken I learnt to cook, I enjoy cooking and have influences from the Mediterreanaen, Asian, Chinese and South American cuisine, I grow my own veg, herbs and fruit to accompany a healthy but delicious diet. I like fixing things with a repair and mend attitude rather than throw away. To relax I like a good glass of red wine and enjoy a good movie as well as listening to all genres of music
