Most days I would try to write a poem; it is a practice, as I suppose is meditation, or smiling, or watching the world go by. I do meditate, and smile most days. I'm studying with the OU for a BSc in Psychology and Counselling, I am in my second year and thoroughly enjoying it. I facilitate writing and poetry groups on Monday and Friday Mornings, which are good fun and not too too academic. I am a season ticket holder at SWFC and watch them every other Saturday. My CD collection is overwhelming but most songs are also on my iTunes. I love theatre, and dining out - Standing at the sky's edge was the last thing. I sketch badly, and paint even worse. My pottery is hopeless, but seriously enjoyable.
