I have two grown up children and two grandchildren. I share my cottage and garden with a dog , 10 fish, 4 ducks ,4 chickens and two guinea pigs. A day doesn't go by without me walking and I enjoy yoga, my fit on app, slow running, wild swimming is the list this year. My less active pursuits include reading . ,cinematheatre,gong baths and I am developing my faith. . My cottage is also in the midst of being decorated. I still work but have reduced my hours and changed direction completely .
