So I'm ex army and they picked up on a couple of issues which I've struggled with for a long time one of which being something they call hyper vigilance. It's something that course's me to be constantly scanning my environment for potential threat so busy places can sometimes be abit overwhelming etc. If there's anything else you'd like to know or even to just chat feel free to message.
