I have worked in Corrections since September 8th 2020 and have experienced a lot but also learned more about my strengths and weaknesses and how to overcome any obstacle that is thrown at me .
Currently I suffered an unknown medical event that is suspected to be either Multiple Sclerosis or a Cerebral Stroke Disease and it has caused an apparent issue with my speaking abilities . Sometimes people can understand me , sometimes not and I have to resort to a phone app . I also have to wear an AFO on my left foot for foot drop . I’m scheduled to return on June 1st coming up and I’m excited to get back to work . I have a passion for my field and I love what I do.
