Three things make me happy - people, nature and humour. I love spending time with my (part time) children and with my friends, both make me laugh endlessly! Just a cup of tea and a good chat (ok and maybe biscuits!) make me smile. I love walking when I am well, woodlands and coast are my favourites. When I am less well I get my nature fix from pottering in my garden, watching the garden birds, and catching up with nature documentaries.
