I guess I could best be described as someone who respects life. I love my life and everything.. I have been blessed ,though challenging at times,..I consider myself a down to earth and positive person who has a caring and passionate heart. I'm also very physically active and enjoy yoga ,running, working out, eating right and living a clean healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy any type of outdoor activity and beach weekend getaways. I like reading positive and motivational type books and try to apply what i read to everyday life, another passion I have is cooking...especially good healthy food.
