I'm a gamer who has been in my own gaming world for over 15 years. I find it very exciting to meet new people and share with them the things that I love most. But sometimes, something doesn't work out, or people just don't know how to handle the situation and they just end up taking the path of least resistance. It really sucks when someone doesn't see the color green behind me or maybe the pastries on top of my head aren't for them and all we did was talk about what we loved about gaming, and almost got down to talking about our favorite characters from games, then somehow turned into something else entirely (eventually). I have no idea what makes people act like that but it usually doesn't make me like them more because there's a huge chance that person is going to pretend they don't know me when I'm in a fight against their character (what fools!).
