Recently moved to Cornwall from the mountains of the Lake District, I love the outdoors and still have a passion for the fells. That said this is pretty proportionate to how much I ache nowadays
I finished working for an international charity not too long ago and although not “retired” (at least not in the pipe and slippers sense), am trying not to be sucked back into full time work, carving out time for other things.
I think I have a pretty wide and eclectic range of interests (besides the outdoors), take an interest in international affairs, Radio 4 listener and dog owner, I have an aging uber friendly dog who keeps me on my toes.
Can hold a decent conversation, know how to hold a knife and for and rarely dribble…what more could you ask for.
New to area, so happy to widen my circle of friends and who knows where this may lead!
