I'm Donovan 56 years old born in Saint Lucia lived in London since 1975. I suffered a stroke 2 years ago my doctor says I was very fortunate as I didn't lose my speech or mobility I kept most of the use of my left arm. But I do suffer from fatigue a couple of days a week. The fatigue is not chronic but it does prevent me from running marathons. I go physio twice a week and I'm finding small increments of improvements in my stamina. The road to recovery is long and slow but we must continue the climb.
