I try to be honest and courageous, and not be too quick to judge. I do tend to make a lot of jokes, probably a defensive thing, but I have a serious side and I'm working on knowing when is the right time to be funny and when to keep quiet. I try to be a good listener because I've learned that people love being listened to.
