I love nature, especially woods and forests. I love ancient history and enjoy visiting stone circles and other magical places, reading and writing poetry . I enjoy a wide variety of crafts including water colour painting ,encaustic craft and candle making. I love browsing in book shops and antique shops. I enjoy visiting buzzing coffee shops to "people watch" and quieter countryside pubs. Although I can enjoy the pace of the city, I'm essentially a country girl , born in Devon with the ocean and the moors in my heart. I'm very much an old romantic and after all this time I still believe in soul mates. I have travelled quite a bit and I'm a former teacher and counsellor. I have a great , often silly, sense of humour and love to make people laugh.
