Let's see: I have always liked Star Trek since I checked the James Blish books out of the elementary school library. My Captain is JLP, but, gosh, I really like Sisko and Janeway too. It inspired me to become an astronaut. But, because I have to wear glasses, I became an engineer instead!
My outside of Trek hobbies include running and guitaring. And my other important fandom is Firefly, which I interpret as Trek for slightly jaded people.
In books, I am into scifi, fantasy, and steampunk.
In the food categories, I like pizza, sushi, and fun adventurous new dishes. (Tell me that you understand molecular gastronomy! I've always wanted to try it!)
