I used to push my hardest in any game played. I valued that status of my skills or character growth more than anything. Then I began to realize what really kept me playing. The opportunities to meet people, and participate with them after reaching those maximum levels, or skillset. As I began to focus on goals outside of gaming; I realized those connections still meant the world to me. I probably won't ever stop attempting to be one of the best in everything I play. However, I realized that is a solo goal. Not something expected out of my teammates. Especially the ones I learned to care for.
