I’ve been passionate about cooking since I was a kid. My parents allowed me to play an active role whenever we have to cook. I knew then that I wanted to pursue owning a restaurants as my career. I’ve been able to build my portfolio through working with Wendy's and also 7' Eleven. My experience has built up my proficiencies in owning a family owned restaurant and it has also allowed me to build strong relationships with people, Before working at 7'Eleven Restaurant, I worked in retail as a floor associate for a year. This role really developed my customer service skills as I was consistently assisting customers in the store. It also equipped me with the ability to work in a team environment.
