You shouldn't always go after what you're good at. I have vowed everyday to learn something new, something exciting. Not so much to become an expert on things but to have a general understanding and respect for the subject. Remember, yesterday is gone, what's said and done is just that, done. Tomorrow is uncertain and death is inevitable, that's all we really know about the future but today is wide open with endless possibilities. Fear of the unknown is what makes us ignorant but we as a very intelligent species have the ability to change ignorance into understanding if we simply open our minds a little. Live everyday to the fullest and enjoy it. Maybe try something different, something crazy, something you were warned not to. You'd be surprised at what seems ridiculous due to our raising isn't quite as uninteresting and taboo as you'd think. Go live and enjoy this life! It's bittersweet to ponder memories and say, 'Interesting lesson learned'... The 'What ifs' tend to wreck our spirits because we had never even tried.
