I am here to make friends and explore new relationships. I am in no rush to commit to marriage, but would like to spend time with someone. Been single for about 4 years now and during that time I have spent a lot of my time alone. I enjoy my own company and I have my own interests so I tend not to be very needy. This doesn't make me cold I just prefer to take things slow and get to know someone first before committing to something physical and long term . I am passionate about travelling and exploring the world and it's cultures. I am not very keen on shopping or big cities, but I love beaches and natural beauty. My idea of relaxation includes reading, playing on my xbox, enjoying art, going to the theatre and taking walks somewhere beautiful. I love the cold evenings in front of a fire. I was born in South Africa so I have grown to love the cold as opposed to very hot weather. I am comfortable in a theatre, on a beach or in a fine dining restaurant. My interests also extend to opera, literature and learning new things.
I am not interested in hooking up for a night, waking up uncomfortable, followed by an awkward goodbye. I don't drink and haven't been clubbing in years, which doesn't make me boring believe me. I just prefer a simple live without drama and based in reality. On the flip side I am adventurous, impulsive and spontaneous with an insatiable curiosity about the world. I am attracted to intelligent articulate types (geeks or artsy). I dislike smokers, arrogance, drama and I am uncomfortable around beards :D
