I'm a generally cheerful, mature student - studying for a Fine Art degree. I don't get to meet that many single guys my age (hence this forum), but I would say that I get on well with most people - certainly on a social level. I don't have a 'type' as such, so it's difficult to say what I am looking for precisely ... and I don't think anyone really knows until they find it, cos when you meet someone special your checklist goes right out the window! ...but characteristics I find important in friends are to be genuine, thoughtful, modest, generous (and that doesn't have anything to do with money), tolerant and optimistic. I have reservations as to whether this really is the right way to meet to people.....but if you don't try you'll never know :)
