To boost my mind and body, I do yoga, open-water swimming and indoor climbing. I also cycle (quickest and most sociable way to get around London).
Am into music (have worked as a DJ) and film (which I studied at university). I'm to the Left politically, but not partisan.
Also have a base in East Sussex where I garden and grow my own veg which teaches me patience and makes me feel connected with the universe. Very meditative in its own way.
