i WAS A V FIT man BEFORE... SADLY 8 YRS ago a double stroke robbed me of my body & mobility BUT.. ONCE ' LOCKDOWN' is over n the gyms re-open i'll make the gym my 2nd home to try n find my old body & mobility again !!
