well i'm sixty three and disabled and i have a few other medical problems too, my cup is half full, i can laugh about my self i do volunteering at the maybury open door thats at st paul's church in harlow town centre i do two days there on a tuesday and a friday and i also do one at the stow and thats on a thursday, i sing in the choir at the church too . i'm honest, trustworthy and i can't lie .
