I am as happy lounging around the house as I am going out for meals with friends. Striking a balance is what my aim. I enjoy the occasional drink - but can just as easily avoid alcohol. I started running in my 50s - 5 and 10k are my favourite but I am taking on the Great South Run come October (dependent upon my current Achilles issues)
